Classes LKG-UKG and IX-XII
- There will be two examinations during the year and the progress record card will keep the parents informed of the progress of their study. Parents are to come personally to sign the PCR Book on an appointed day announced in advance.
- Final examination held in November will be considered as the promotion examination, but the marks secured at the previous examinations, tests and CCE will be taken into consideration for promotion.
- The results of the Final Assessment are final and will not be reconsidered. Neither will the answer papers be shown.
- No pupil will be allowed to sit for the promotion examination if his/her attendance during the year is below 80%.
- Pupils absent from examinations without grave reason will be considered as having failed. No provisions are made for re-tests for the pupil who are absent from the test and examinations, considered as having failed.
- Classes 1-8 come under RTE. Therefore CCE and RTE rules regarding examinations will be followed for these classes.
